ARE THE ONLINE COURSES ALWAYS FREE?

Yes, there is no charge to Tennessee law enforcement to take the online courses.


WHAT IS MY USERNAME?

Your username is the email address that you used to create your account at registration.


WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO BE APPROVED? 

This is to allow time, if necessary, to verify that you are indeed a law enforcement officer.


WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN APPROVAL EMAIL?

Approval will come from TBI Learn admin@adobeconnect.com. Check your spam folder to ensure the approval email did not get quarantined.


HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A COURSE?

You will go to the course catalog and find the class you would like to take, and click register.  Then you will be redirected to some fields that will be required to create an account with TBI Learn.


WILL I RECEIVE POST CREDIT FOR THIS COURSE?

You will see a POST icon on the course if you can receive POST credit. The number inside the icon indicates how many hours it has been approved for by POST. At the end of the course, a certificate will be generated. You are responsible for submitting the paperwork to POST.


WHY IS MY NAME SPELLED WRONG ON MY CERTIFICATE?

The information for the certificate is pulled from the information you enter when you register as a user. If your name has been misspelled or is in all lower or upper case letters, that is how your name will appear on the certificate.
